Easy COTTAGE CHEESE PIE recipe

You can use a variety of flour types to make it, including gluten-free flour mix, sprouted Spelt flour, sprouted oat flour, and organic all-purpose flour. Cottage Cheese Pie Recipe

How to make a cottage cheese pie:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).

2. Add baking powder to the flour. Mix.

3. Shred the butter into the flour. To make the shredding easier you can dip the butter in the flour and shred or add the butter and flour into a food processor and blend until you have a buttery crumbly mixture. Set it aside.

4. In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, coconut sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated. Use 2 eggs, add one more if your cottage cheese is drier than usual.

5. Spread the buttery flour on a baking sheet which is covered with parchment paper. Set 1 cup of the buttery flour aside.

6. Carefully place the cottage cheese mixture using a spoon on the flour layer and smooth out using a spatula.

7. Sprinkle the rest of the flour on the top. You can sprinkle some coconut sugar too, but that’s optional.

 

 

8. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

 

9. Let cool and cut.
